The company reserves the right to refuse any transaction that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant with legal requirements.
Payment will be made only after successful verification of identity and ownership of the items.
Once the seller accepts the offered price and receives payment, the transaction shall be considered final and irrevocable.

Return and Refund Policy

At Sona Chandi Gold Cash, customer satisfaction is important to us. The following policy applies to products sold by our shop.

1. TERMS OF RETURN

Generally, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
